You have bought the course before
You know how this goes. You buy the thing, you are genuinely excited, you watch the first two lessons in one sitting. Then Thursday gets away from you. Then it is three weeks later and the tab is still open and you feel a little worse every time you see it.
That is not a discipline problem. Handing somebody eighty lessons on day one and calling it access is the problem. Nobody finishes a library. People finish a path.
One part a week, and you cannot rush it
Here is the tension though. The thing that makes a course feel generous, everything unlocked, everything now, is the exact thing that makes it go unfinished. You skim, you sample, you never build a practice, and the material never gets a chance to land in your body.
So All Access opens one part a week, on the day you pick. Not because the videos are being withheld from you, but because a week is how long it takes a practice to become yours.
And you are never behind. There is no streak, no deadline, no lesson that expires. Whatever has opened stays open for as long as you subscribe, and if a week goes by where you do not touch it, the path waits for you.
Gentlest first, hardest last
You do not pick where to start, and that is the point. Settle the system, build the body, then the subtle work. Each course opens when you reach it, and inside the longer ones a new part opens each week. There is nothing to keep up with.
Over a year of guided practice, in the order that works.
Every course added while you subscribe joins your path too, at no extra cost.
Read this part before you join
A subscription rents access. While you keep paying, every course you have reached on the path is open. If you cancel, the videos close. That is the whole deal and there is nothing buried under it.
Buying a course outright is a different thing. That course is yours for life, whether or not you ever subscribe, including every update it ever gets.
If you do cancel, your notes and your progress stay saved. Come back in a year and you find your place, not a blank slate.
There is no half way, and that is deliberate. Cancelling does not leave you owning the lessons you already watched, because half a course is not something worth selling you.
Life happens. Pause instead of quitting.
You can pause up to 2 times. While you are paused you are not billed, the videos close, and here is the part that matters: the release clock stops with them. A month away does not quietly cost you a month of course. You come back exactly where you stopped.
Two ways in
Fair. Every course is sold on its own, from $22 to $444, and a course you buy is yours for life. The All Courses Bundle is $305 for the six finished courses. Subscribe to be walked through it. Buy the course to keep it. Both are honest, and one of them is cheaper for you depending on how you like to work.

The Lymphatic Flow opens the moment you join. It is short, it is gentle, and you can do it lying down tonight. That is the whole first step.
