Why Teams Call

STRESS IS NOW A WORKDAY PROBLEM

Most wellness programs hand people an app and hope. The numbers say that is not working, and your people already know it.

40%

of employees worldwide felt a lot of stress during the previous day

Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026

20%

of employees worldwide are engaged at work

Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026

28%

of US managers have been trained to support a mental health conversation with their team

NAMI and Ipsos, Workplace Mental Health Poll 2026

5 min

a day of cyclic sighing lifted daily mood more than the same time spent in mindfulness meditation, in a Stanford randomized trial

How It Is Built

WHAT ACTUALLY STICKS

We looked hard at what people leaders say works and what employees say they will actually use. Every program is built on six rules.

01

Practice first

Every session opens with a technique people feel in their body within two minutes. Belief comes after the experience, not before it.

02

Inside the workday

Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes on company time. A program people have to give up their lunch or their evening for is a program they skip.

03

Five minutes a day

Each person leaves with a daily practice that fits in five minutes and a real calendar. Small and daily beats big and rare.

04

Leaders go first

Participation follows the people at the top. Managers get their own track, so they can model the practice and hold the hard conversation well.

05

Opt in, never mandatory

Required programs breed quiet resentment. Ours are invitations, with enough value that people bring a colleague the second week.

06

Measured, privately

A short anonymous pulse before and after, reported only as team totals. You see what moved. No individual answer ever leaves the room.

The Programs

Inside the Six Week Upgrade

ONE PILLAR A WEEK

Each week teaches one system the body runs on, in the order the body ranks them. Air comes first, because you get minutes without it. Sleep comes next, because that is where the repair happens.

  1. Week 1

    Breath: the off switch

Why stress stays switched on, and the long exhale techniques that turn it down in about two minutes.

    Practice: Cyclic sighing

  2. Week 2

    Sleep: the recovery shift

Light, timing, caffeine and the last hour of the evening, the four levers that decide how tomorrow starts.

Practice: A ten minute wind down

  3. Week 3

    Fuel: energy without the crash

Blood sugar, hydration and the mid afternoon slump, plus what to eat at a desk when the day runs long.

    Practice: The steady energy plate

  4. Week 4

    Move: the desk body

What a day of sitting does to the body, and a five minute standing sequence drawn from Qigong that gets it moving again.

    Practice: Hourly movement snacks

  5. Week 5

    Focus: attention as a resource

Notifications, task switching and why the brain needs real breaks to do its best work.

Practice: Focused blocks with a reset between them

  6. Week 6

    Resilience: your daily system

Stack the five weeks into one five minute routine, set team commitments, and read the before and after pulse together.

Practice: Your personal five minute protocol

Anatomy of a Session

SIXTY MINUTES, NOTHING WASTED

Nobody sits and listens for more than fifteen minutes at a stretch. Every block ends with people doing something, because the body learns by doing.

  1. 0:00

    Arrive in the body

A guided two minute breath reset. The room feels the shift before anything is explained.

  2. 0:05

    The science

One mechanism, explained plainly, with the research behind it.

  3. 0:20

    Practice together

The technique done live and coached, with a check on how each person feels afterward.

  4. 0:32

    Build your protocol

Each person shapes a five minute daily version around their real calendar.

  5. 0:45

    Open questions

Real questions answered directly, the skeptical ones included.

  6. 0:55

    One commitment

A seven day practice card, the recording link and one thing to do tonight.

Questions

WHAT TEAMS ASK FIRST

Is this therapy, or a replacement for our EAP?

No. These are education and practice programs that support wellbeing. They sit alongside your EAP and your health plan, never in place of them, and anyone who needs clinical care is pointed toward it.

Is any of this spiritual or religious?

Not by default. Corporate programs are practical and secular, built on breath, sleep, nutrition and movement science. Energy practices are offered only when a team asks for them.

Virtual or on site?

Both. Virtual sessions run worldwide. On site sessions and the Leadership Intensive travel anywhere in North America, with travel quoted separately.

How many people can join?

A workshop works for anything from a small leadership team to several hundred people online. The Six Week Upgrade is priced per cohort of up to 50, so the practice stays personal.

What do you measure, and what do we see?

A short anonymous pulse on stress, sleep, energy and focus, before and after. You receive team totals only. No individual answer is ever shared with the company.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to six weeks for a workshop or series, longer for an on site intensive. Ask early for October and January, the busiest months.

How do we pay?

By invoice or card, on the terms set out in your proposal.
