The Curriculum

SEVEN LESSONS, ONE COMPLETE SYSTEM

What Protection Really Is

Protection is not fear management, it is field strength. What an energy field is, how a heaviness that is not yours sticks to it, and the map of the whole course, offered alongside real medical and mental-health care, never instead of it.

Grounding the Body

Your first shield is not a ritual, it is a rested body and a calm nervous system. The physical foundation every other practice in this course stands on, and the daily habits that build it.

Boundaries and the Mind

The field follows the mind. The body scan, self respect, following your heart wisely, calibrating your intuition, and treating your attention like the diet it is, so what steers your field is clean before you cultivate it.

Cultivating and Raising Your Energy

An empty house gets squatters, a full one does not. The 3 Dantiens, the Microcosmic Orbit, and the heart practices of a traditional Taoist Qigong lineage, so your field stays so full and so alive that heaviness finds nothing to grab.

Cord Cutting and Clearing the Field

Field hygiene, done like brushing your teeth. Clean the energy centers, cut draining cords with compassion, pull what does not belong, sweep your boundary with your own hands, and clear and fill the rooms you live in.

Bands of Power and Shielding

The deep end, taught with the same honesty as everything else. The Munay-Ki Bands of Power, the Wiracocha poncho of light, a reflective shield around your field, and calling in your own higher power, the living lineage work Jess carries.

Living Protected

Weave it all into a short daily routine you will actually keep. What to avoid and why, what to do when your sensitivity opens faster than your steadiness, and the final skill, knowing when to call in a professional.

Questions

BEFORE YOU ENROLL

Do I need any experience to start?

No. The course begins from the ground up and assumes nothing. If you have never done energy work, you will be guided step by step. If you are experienced, you will find the lineage practices go deeper than most.

Where do these practices come from?

From direct transmission by real Masters through living lineages, primarily a traditional Taoist Qigong lineage and Munay Ki through The Four Winds. Not the internet. Not a book. Practices Jess has personally lived.

How long does it take?

You can move through the core material in an afternoon, then practice at your own pace. The daily routines take only a few minutes once you know them.

How do I get access after I enroll?

The course opens on 11 November 2026. When you enroll today you get an email confirming your place, and a second email with your streaming details the day it opens. You keep lifetime access from there, including all future updates to the course.

Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?

No. This is educational and energetic practice, offered as support, not as diagnosis, treatment, or a cure. See the full disclaimer for details.

It is not filmed yet. Why would I buy it now?

Because it is cheaper now and because you get a say in what it becomes. Here is the honest version, you pay today and the course opens on 11 November 2026. You are funding the work and waiting for it. In exchange the $123 rate is locked for life, every future update is included, and the questions early students ask are the ones I answer while there is still time to answer them.

What if 11 November slips?

Then you hear it from me before the date, not after, and you can take a refund if the new date does not work for you. I am not going to pretend a date I set months ahead is a certainty, but I will not let you find out by logging in to an empty page. Refund and cancellation terms are published in full on the terms page.

CLEAR YOUR FIELD. HOLD YOUR POWER.

Lifetime access, all future updates included. Enroll once, practice for life.
