What your blood work is actually telling you, marker by marker, in plain language.
A lab reference range is a statistical description of the people who got tested at that lab, with the outliers trimmed off. It is built to flag disease, not to describe someone who feels well. That is why a result can sit inside the range and still not answer the question you brought to it. These pages give you both numbers: the range your lab prints, and the range a root-cause practitioner reads it against, with the research behind each one.
Iron and blood
The markers that explain tiredness more often than any others, and the ones a standard blood count can miss entirely.

Most of these mean little without knowing the time of day, the cycle day, or what the carrier protein is doing.
