What your blood work is actually telling you, marker by marker, in plain language.

A lab reference range is a statistical description of the people who got tested at that lab, with the outliers trimmed off. It is built to flag disease, not to describe someone who feels well. That is why a result can sit inside the range and still not answer the question you brought to it. These pages give you both numbers: the range your lab prints, and the range a root-cause practitioner reads it against, with the research behind each one.

Iron and blood

The markers that explain tiredness more often than any others, and the ones a standard blood count can miss entirely.

Thyroid

A single TSH is the standard screen. It measures the signal being sent, not the hormone arriving.

Metabolic

Insulin moves years before glucose does, which makes it the earlier question.

Inflammation

A standard lipid panel weighs the cargo. The useful question is how many particles are carrying it.

Several of these have a ceiling as well as a floor, which is the half most supplement writing leaves out.

Every page here cites real, verifiable studies with linked PubMed IDs, and says plainly where the evidence stops. Where a widely repeated optimal range rests on thin data, the page says so rather than repeating it with confidence it has not earned.
