Video Course / Lymphatic Drainage

The Lymphatic Flow

Your lymph is the highway that carries waste and inflammation out of your body and moves the immune cells that keep you well. And unlike your blood, it has no pump. Nothing moves it but you. Let it sit still and it pools, because still water breeds disease. This short, gentle practice gets it flowing again. First the how and why, then the full flow step by step, so you can clear the stagnation and feel lighter in a few minutes a day.

Inside The Course

UNDERSTAND IT, THEN DO IT DAILY

01

How and Why It Works

The short teaching. You have a second river with no pump that only moves when you move it, its vessels ride right under the skin, and it drains up toward your collarbone. Once you see it, the gentle strokes make sense.

02

The Guided Flow

Follow along with Jess, top to bottom, soft as petting a cat and always toward the drains. Neck, collarbone, shoulders, armpits, belly, groin, behind the knees, and the thymus to close. A few minutes, start to finish.

03

The Silent Daily Flow

The whole flow again with no talking and simple on-screen labels, for once you know it. The version you play every morning or in the shower.

Questions

BEFORE YOU ENROLL

What is lymphatic drainage, simply?

Your lymph is a second fluid system that carries waste and extra fluid away from your cells and up toward your collarbone, where it empties back into your blood. Unlike blood, it has no pump, so gentle strokes in the right direction help it move. This is a practice and support, not a medical treatment.

Why is the touch so light?

The lymph vessels sit just under the skin, so a soft touch reaches them and heavy, deep pressure presses them flat. With lymph work, more pressure is not more drainage. Gentle is the whole point.

Is this safe for me?

For most people a gentle self-massage is very low risk. But this is not medical care. If you have lasting swelling, especially in one arm or leg, or you have had lymph nodes removed, that can be a condition called lymphedema that belongs with a good functional medicine doctor or a certified lymphedema therapist. Check with one of them if anything is uncertain.

How often should I do it?

It is gentle enough for daily use. Many people do it in the morning or in the shower, or any time they feel puffy, heavy, or are fighting something off. A few minutes is plenty.

How do I get access after I enroll?

Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with your streaming access details. You keep lifetime access at the founding rate, including all future updates.
